In the back of the house there's a door that opens slightly,
And down the hall there's a path that I will lead,
There's some things down there that you are gonna wanna see,
There's some things here that you're not gonna believe.
You'll have a heart attack,
Have you ever had a heart attack?
You don't come back from a heart attack, oh this I know. I really do.
The amazing heart attack, you'll never come back after that.
You really won't, they never do.
Further and further down the hall we go,
The further we go the less you,
The less you know the more that I will show,
The less you know the more your madness grows.
You'll have a heart attack,
Have you ever had a heart attack?
You don't come back from a heart attack, oh this I know. I really do.
The amazing heart attack, you'll never come back after that.
You really won't, they never do.
You'll have a heart attack,
Have you ever had a heart attack?
You don't come back from a heart attack, oh this I know. I really do.
The amazing heart attack, you'll never come back after that.
You really won't, they never do.

A fantastic album. I can see why they didn't continue under the name The Evens, as it's a different sound with the bass added. Coriky is the Evens + Joe Lally from Fugazi on bass. If you can imagine The Evens with a slightly more funky, aggressive sound like Fugazi... that's what you get! And there's no way that can ever go wrong. What a great debut album!! smiledozer

Sweet, retro rock. Encapsulates the 60s sound perfectly. Festive, chill; acid dancer. Fun to listen to, great to vibe off of, move your body to, or just relax with. Every song on this album is a hit. Dancing album for sure... I saw them live, same kind of fun! ebookreader
